Having Locke keep Regal was a cute touch, especially since he kept claiming that he didn’t like the kitty even though it was obvious that he did.

Colvard’s a sneaky little twit, and I’m curious as to whether she’ll pop up in later books or whether the storyline with Drakasha and the pirates is pretty much at an end now.

I know everyone likes the sharks – but, really, has nobody seen Jaws! A shark’s eyes – ‘all black and lifeless like dolls eyes’. That’s the last thing you want to see as you’re taking your little dip in the ocean.

I’m not sure I would use the word ‘enjoyed’ but they were almost as good as the sharks . . . I miss the sharks!
